This is the second cake I made for a General's retirement ceremony. the bottome was 12" round and then 10" round for the top. All Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting. The gazebo was made using royal icing for the roof and sides, gumpaste for the stars and swags. Royal icing for the piping and strings. The stars are painted with gold luster dust. This one was fun to make!
