Here is my final cake from my wilton 1 Course. It was butter pecan with Almond flavoored Icing and crushed pecans in the center. There was supposed to be roses on top and and little drop flowers on the side, however I didn't get my icing consistancy right. So I ended up just putting rosettes all over. It turned out sloppy looking but tasted really good.
