This is one of my favorite cakes, I love the variety and it's so eye appealing!! Are all the layers cake? How did you balance them if they are? Did you use luster dust on buttercream frosting (the swirly ques)

I used the big straws and cake boards

Yes, all layers are cake, I used support under each one for balance, and Silver luster dust as paint.
