Merkens Chocolate Coating...white chocolate cake and buttercream...fondant accessories on top.

The are beautiful little spring cakes! Please share your technique. I have tried them many many times and straight to the trash they went!

Finally learned -- used a candy mold to build these -- first poured the shell and let harden - cut the cake to fit in and push in -- then sealed with chocolate. Put in fridge to harden and pop out! By far the easiest time I have ever had with these little things. The fondant decorations are then adhered with the same color chocolate as the shell.
