Wow, what a great idea for the rainbows! They look really great!
Thanks! They were a pain, though. The candy was pretty soft (it's kinda taffy like) so they had a tendency to fall over.

really cool idea..............were they hard to slice though??? Didn't they want to stick to the knife??
Lemme think - it's been awhile since I did these! :) They did stick to the knife after pushing down HARD to cut through, but then I just peeled them off the side of the knife so it worked ok.
