I made this cake in a bunny cookie pan so it's very flat for my son's daycare Easter Party, there are only 10 kids. The Boys wanted a blue Bunny, I just added a little color. It's all buttercream, I used a Viva towel and a 2" brush to flatten the BC on the cake, I think this is my favorite way to do it so far. I still have to try the roller method.
