Well, this wasn't my finest work and I guess that's appropriate! This was a birthday cake for a plumber. The bowl and top half of the tank are cake and the rest is styrofoam covered in fondant. Anything that COULD go wrong with this cake DID go wrong with this cake. From the tank part of the cake breaking in 2 pieces and crumbling to the floor taking half the fondant and filling with it, to running out of buttercream, filling & replacement cake due to this mishap at 3 in the morning.
