I needed a quick baby shower cake and adore all the others like this that i've seen on this website... i wasnt completely happy with this one. BC didnt smooth out like i wanted, maybe i should stop doing cakes at 12am.. lol

Baby's skin isn't completly smooth at first either-they have wrinkles and such-that's what makes them so cute-you did a great job-and I am sure it went over Great!!! :D

very cute. was the diaper, feet, accents done in fondant? what size of cake pans were used?
youre right nanni!! i actually did the papertowel technique.. not happy with it.. but it went over great.. the diaper is fondant, feet, binky, eyes etc are gumpaste. The pans are an 8 and 10 and parts of an oval.
