Scrolls And Monogram
This is the wedding cake I did today. The bride didn't want to spend a lot of money on it so she didn't have me make the flowers to match her room. Intead, the florist put this ugly topper on it that was not made from the flowers used in the rest of the wedding! She had cream tulips and blue hydrangeas in her wedding... I guess you get what you pay for! The top 2 tiers were chocolate fudge brownie cake and the bottom was vanilla butter cake all filled with raspberry Italian meringue buttercream.

You see...we all need a tutorial to learn how to do your lovely scrolls. I absolutely love it, although the flowers do take away from it...Too bad she skimped on it because your hydrangeas would've been perfet on this one. Her loss...
