Choc cake, choc mousse filling, choc bakery cream I was trying to practice this darn border. I still do not think I am doing it right. I think it is called reversed shell???

I don't know if the boarder is right either, but it sure is pretty!
I also smashed the border a few times when I put the cover on the cake! And, notice how the whole cake is now leaning? Something went terribly wrong!! Filling disaster!!
