Made For a Birthday Spa Party. Face and make-up are fondant. I had so much fun with this one!

Great job on this cake... I guess you got your inspiration from tastycakes, who has two cakes in her photos like this? Maybe you just forgot to mention that! Either way, well done!

Yeah, it kinda freeked out my kids!!! LOL :Edencakes... You are right I did get my inspiration from a combaination of tastycakes and boonenati, so they do deserve a big thank you!!!: Sorry my bad!!!

WOW!!! what an awesome cake!!! Please dont go using a bought mask, the fact that you made the face adds to the amazement of whoever is going to buy it. I am not sure how i could have inspired you to do this, but thanks!!! This is an awesome cake. I love it!!! Definetly the best of these i've ever seen!!!

I just love your cake. My sister does parties for little girls at her hair salon; one being a spa party and I have started to make cakes for them. I haven't gotten to do a spa cake yet. I would love to try this one. How did you get the shape of the face?

I used fondant and half an egg shape, formed it and let it sit for a few days to dry up. However, I was at AC Moore the other Day and saw plan face masks that would have been perfect. Next time I will use them, they were only $3 or $4, way eaiser..

fabulous design- this would be great at a teenagers slumber party too!! oh- and maybe mother's day to present mom with a spa certificate!! Love it!

This cake is so cool! The fact is remarkable. Would you mind if I use your idea? My daughter just started a job at a spa and she wanted to take a cake it to the girls, they do parties there too and this would be perfect. :D :D
