Thanks a lot, Squirrelly Cakes!!
this is amazing! it looks so real.
this is wonderful- am anxious to try one
that's beautiful!!! How did you do that?
I drew my own pattern on a sheet of paper and shaped it to look like a shoe. I cut mmf pieces according to my pattern and fit the pieces together to dry. I "glued" the pieces together when they were all dried, with meringue powder and water. Actually, this picture has been taken before I finished the shoe. I put a strap later and it looked way different! Thanks for commenting!
this is all new to me (it's beautiful by the way!) but fill me in on the MMF abbreviation.....
marshmallow fondant (just like rolled fondant, but made with marshmallow...I think the recipe is here on the site...thank you!
I love this !! You should be very proud of this shoe. It is very well done!
Thank you, Dolittle!
I love this shoe. I made one not so long ago in gumpaste, you've inspired me to try a different shape. My shoe was just a slip on, you can see it in my collection, but it's nothing like this. Fantastic job!! I love it!!!
