This cake was dreamed up by a 10 year old. She wanted a pool of water on top so I used sugar glass. Made the shells out of white chocolate. Her drawing had two palm trees but this one Kicked. My. Ass! Difficult to construct and dry something top heavy on short notice! I think she'll still be happy with the results.
