High Tea

High Tea on Cake Central

My second time using fondant and first time with gum paste. I tried glazing with corn syrup/vodka solution but it stayed very sticky and also caused colors to bleed. I also had a tea pot that was meant to be on the cake as well but I miscalculated the space requirement.

Lovely job, @Omagoodness ‍ !  I've used the corn syrup / vodka glaze and it is OK for some things, like glossy leaves, but you are correct, it does stay sticky for a long, long time.  It is a last resort for me.
