Christmas Cake
Our Christmas Cake for 2016. Rich fruit cake infused in brandy. I made a tutorial of the tree topper and also shot a video of the cake while it was being made. I can't seem to post it on the tutorials over here in the 'Tutorials Column' I asked CC admin a while back and they said they're still sorting it out but I've just seen three new posts on the column. Not sure if anyone else knows about this.
Hope the tutorials works out soon because I'd love to see it! Your cake is beautiful! I'd love to make one like it for our Christmas cake next year. Or maybe you can email it to me?
