I made this cake for my own birthday. It's gluten free and vegan carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The dairy free cream cheese frosting was totally impossible! It kept sliding off the cake no matter what I did. I tried my best to salvage it. The frosting made the cake a fail, but the Russian tips are a lot of fun to use! :)
