Made for a dear friends 60th birthday. He loves roller coasters and Disneyland seems to be his second home. So I chose an amusement park theme for his cake. I found real popcorn boxes but the popcorn inside is hand molded fondant. The candy apple is molded rice krispy treats covered in red fondant and glazed with confectioners glaze.
