Welcome to Music Around the World - Cake Notes! Today, October 1st the world celebrates International Day of Music! Music Around the World - Cake Notes is a cake collaboration created by Elisabete Caseiro from Betysugarland - Cake Design by Elisabete Caseiro that gathered 41 cake and sugar artists from all over the world to celebrate International Day of Music in the sweetest way. You can see all the creations together in our gallery, as well as the individual albums with details of every piece. For each piece there is a video that illustrates somehow the presented piece, so you can not only appreciate the beauty of the creation as well as the music itself. My piece is inspired in balcan Gipsy music. All the flowers are free forme made( with my own method),the cake is buttercream covered wirh little isomalt grains coated. The sawl is modelled in satin Ice gumpaste and hand painted. Hope you´ll like it as much as i enjoyed making it
