The cake is vanilla madeira cake with Italian Meringue Buttercream filling. The accents are all free hand painted using petal dusts and alcohol and also paste colouring. The passport is made from Flower Paste/Gumpaste and also dusted and hand painted. Glazed with Confectioner glaze for the final effect.
