A group of Texan cake and cookie artists came together to do individual pieces to highlight iconic things from the fair. My contribution was made specifically with the police that work the state fair in mind. After the cake was complete and the pics were taken, the cake was immediately delivered to our local PD (where it was very quickly polished off ;)) This was to thanks to our PD and the DPD for the hard work they do every day.
