Inspired by my daughter's schools wonderful outdoor classroom, i made this cake for teacher appreciation week. They have a great mudpit in the back and what they call a "cool zone" under a big tree with big pillows and books for the kids to cool off from the heat and relax. I wanted to incorporate them into the cake idea!
