Three tier carrot cake for my sister's 40th birthday. She's a beautician who likes chickens, so this is what I came up with, with the influence of some other cakes I saw here on CC. Carrot cake. Cream cheese icing on bottom & top layer. Fondant on middle layer. Used a stencil for chicken wire effect. Chicken pics were on rice paper. I applied to sugar cookies first and then fixed to cake. Eva Gabor printed on icing sheet; also adhered to sugar cookie first then added to cake.
