I made this cake this past weekend for my daughter's birthday. He's made with two 8" hemisphere cake bottom and 6" hemisphere cake top. Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. There are dowels through the layers and one through the head and body. He's sitting on a bed of crushed graham crackers.
