This weekend my husband and I will be celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. I was not planning on making a cake but decided on Tuesday that I was going. Had no design in mind but knew that I wanted to try making a gumpaste cake stand and figured this would be the perfect opportunity. Now that I look at the cake, doesn't really look like a summer cake but I went with Jade & coral ( at least my interpretation of those colors) to represent the 35th anniversary.
