This is a carrot and pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting. The pansies were to match the ones grown by the birthday couple. I hadn't done pansies before and didn't have the proper cutters, so just googled and found a tutorial. The "banner" is fondant, and the pansies were made from fondant with a little gum tragacanth added. This was a fun project to do!
