I made these cupcakes for my mums' churches fundraiser. It was a beach theme. They were a mix of Vanilla, Chocolate and Choc Malt flavours. There were 60 in all, and I made a mix of designs. Shark fins, Dolphins, crabs, hermit crabs, people swimming, seahorses and starfish, bucket and spade, turtles, and various shells. Most were made with modelling chocolate as I thought they would be nicer to eat than fondant, plus some were pretty big as I thought the kids would like them.
