I made this cake for my birthday this year as a tandem to the cupcakes I made to take to work (also posted in my gallery). My fav cake is lemon so it's a lemon cake w/ lemon buttercream and covered in marshmallow fondant. The ice cream scoops are covered cupcakes. The banana is marshmallow fondant. The cherries are sour cherry candies found in the candy aisle at Wmart.
