I will be making a ladybug smashcake for a 1st birthday next week. I wanted to try out using a pyrex bowl for the 3D cake, and also to practice doing buttercream rosettes with the 1M tip. I did an oreo filling at it was amazing. Still need to practice my rosettes.

And the pyrex bowl worked perfectly. I did have to adjust the baking time though about 15 minutes longer than the recipe calls for to ensure the center of the cake baked evenly.
