Genoise Cake
This cake was in total 13 layer alternating with genoise brushed with amaretto and ganache. Decorated with 3 flavors of cake balls.

Thank you guys !! Choco balls is what my friends call it. It's like a truffle but made with grinding cake scraps and adding others flavors like more choco or vanillla.I bake genoises in sheet cakes and cut out whatever size i want.
