My dear niece graduated from college and she requested this special cupcake display for her party. The cupcakes were red velvet with cream cheese frosting and vanilla cupcakes with strawberry and whipped cream filling in the center with cream cheese frosting. The 6" cake is the same as the vanilla cupcakes. The decorations were made from fondant with the exception of the cupcake graduation cap picks.
