This Cake was made using gumpaste roses Isomalt gems and candy coated chocolate pearls. the cake was white and chocolate sponge cake, with chocolate ganche and mini rolo candies in the center and chocolate creamcheese buttercream in the center. vanilla fondant over all. It was sold at a silent auction for a fundraiser.
