When asked to make an Elsa themed cake for a 2 year old, and in wanting to make something different and unique, I couldn't help but think of what would most 2 year old girls like - pink, glitter, and anything adorably cute and princess-like...at least that is what I think =). I made a 4 inch Little Elsa cake topper out of gumpaste, dusted her dress in Rainbow Disco Dust for that magical sparkle and then covered a 4 inch mini cake in dusty pink fondant decorated in a cascade of snowflakes. I just loved how her cake turned out - pink, girly, and cute, cute, cute =)
