The party was for 400, the main cakes were the peacock...there were four kitchen cakes with peacock feathers. Unfortunately my client did not cool the room and after several hours in 80 plus it began to melt. You can see evidence of it. The jewels are isomalt, the peacock is rice treats and fondant.
