Your cake is stunning and I was wondering if you could give me some tips on how to do the bottom tier. I have a wedding coming in June and my bride gave me a picture of a very similar cake..not yours but from a baker in Australia. That technique is rare and this is the only cake I have found on a forum site. PLEASE HELP :)
