My daughter requested a swan cake for her 8th birthday. I followed the tutorial from Jessica Harris Cake Design (http://jessicaharriscakedesign.com/2015/01/make-edible-swan-photo-tutorial/) to make the swan out of modelling chocolate. The cake itself was chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream and decorated with vanilla buttercream. The bullrushes were made from modelling chocolate too.
