The one that looks like a witches hat is a flower nail for roses, without using a base. Make the rose with royal icing, let it dry and remove from nail. The "half ball" is a flower nail used to make royal Icing peonies, without an icing base.
The one on the left is what we used to make a royal icing basket or decoration for the cake. The middle was for a royal icing decoration also flowers such as roses or grapes or flowers that cluster together. The last is used to make a royal icing flower or a raised decoration on a cake. I have use it to make a lattice work royal icing side decoation. I am not sure what the wooden item is.
You use them the same way you would for molding a tiara. If you can find the original WIlton Cake Decorating books, there are 4 hardcovered book, you will see pictures in there of how to use them. They are great little tools. Have fun using them!
