I was asked to do a Spiral Cake for a kids birthday party. It was the PBS cartoon character Daniel Tigers Neighborhood. My client wanted the cake to have the look as if the trolley was windings down the cake as a mountain.

The challenege was fnding enough photos and information on how to carve the cake its self which I found to be the most tricky part.

Over all, the clients loved the cake, the party was a hit, and the end result of the cake... well, see for yourself. :)
