I made this at a Squires chocolate cake course. It has a spinde base, filled with Swiss chocolate buttercream and wrapped in chocolate (the pattern was created with a chocolate transfer). It's topped with fresh fruit, a chocolate fan and a shard of the patterned chocolate that I didn't have the heart to throw away!
