this is a cake I made for the Dutch Taart & Trends Fair. I demonstrated al the parts on the cake live on the fair. people could ask questions and told me the learned a lot from it. I told them how to paint and dust and drape the lace fondant, learned them how the molds would work the easy way. I've enjoyed creating the cake and teaching them. hope you like the cake.
