Confirmation Cake For Church
This is my Confirmation Sheet cake with Cross Pan on top for our Confirmation Students. It's a Full Sheet Cake with Half Choc, Half Yellow and the cross is WASC. Royal icing Lilies and purple violets. It looked so plain with all white so I added the violets for a punch of color. The Confirmation Plaque is a purchased item and laid on the cake. I added a border for decoration. I make the cross pan so you could lift it off and serve separate. Enjoy.

How did you get your reverse shell to look so good? I have been unable to accomplish that. Is the icing more stiff or more creamy?
