You know you enjoy decorating when you think of making your own birthday cake for months! (My family thinks I'm weird...) This was done using the Wilton giant cupcake pan. I used the mold to make the bottom out of chocolate and inserted the bottom of the cake into the 'liner.' This cake was a chocolate cake with a fresh strawberry buttercream. It was a blast to make!
