TMNT birthday cake. Buildings around the bottom are made with modeling chocolate, bottom tier is chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Top tier is yellow cake covered with red fondant. I scored the brick pattern and used black icing to fill the gaps. The sewer is 50/50 fondant gum paste and the weapons. I used modeling chocolate for the turtle heads and covered with fondant. It was for my nephew, he loved it.
