This cake would be very difficult and time consuming if not for pattern cutting machine. I use Cricut Cake and it makes all pattern cuttings with an ease and total precision. The anchor, the wheel, the chevron patterns, letters and stars, all cut using it! Cookies, however, were all hand piped, with nothing else but sugar and love !
