These were some Dispicable Me cupcakes that I made for our son's 10th birthday party at the pool. The minion is a Twinkie and the eye(s) are white Smarties, the hair is sprinkles and the rest is buttercream. The kids absolutely loved them and they turned out to be a huge hit!*
