Course Iii Stacked Cake
This is stacked cake made for a Course III class....it's 9" on a 10".....I dropped my perfectly level 8" cake that was suppose to be the top layer 1 hour before class! :-( The top layer is a white cake filled with Red Raspberry jelly, the bottom layer is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling.....both are covered in MMF.
