This was for my best friend who had her baby while we were still in college. I made it on the weekend, and kept it in my dorm fridge for the following week. It stayed remarkably well. This was the first time I made fondant flowers from the ejector set, and I loved the way they turned out. I made so many, you'll see them in other cakes as well :) I made the roses by hand.
