I love decorating cookies with fondant. They are so much more forgiving than cake. Last Christmas, I tried my hand on creating tiered cookies,..and I have to say I am hooked!!! So, just in time for Valentines day, I created this set of Valentine inspired cookies and aptly named the whole collection "The Locket Collection" as suggested by my 14 year old daughter. Individually, I named them "My Painted Heart, Dreamy Heart, Don't Leave Me Hanging Baby and Golden Hearts".
