A vanilla cake for a diamond wedding anniversary. I covered the cake in ivory fondant which I quilted in a diamond pattern and added small edible pearls. I made the '60' and the sugar diamonds and diamantées on wires from isomalt. Orchids are the couples favourite flower, I moulded these from chocolate and painted with edible colours.
