Pancakes Cake - stack of American style pancakes (rather than the French crepe type that we usually think of in the UK) for my son's 12th birthday today. Deep 5" eggless chocolate orange sponge with chocolate orange buttercream. Thanks for the help I received on the forum when I asked!! I can't wait to see his face!!! He's going to love it! This is his DREAM breakfast (well, maybe with some crispy bacon, too! LOL!)
