Chocolate cake with vanilla swiss buttercream. Covered in fondant and modeling chocolate. Wheels, track, and ties are modeling chocolate. Base is a cake dummy covered with fondant and the "deck of the train" is foam board cut and glued and covered with fondant mixed with tylose. Technically the cakes were three layers high. Used cake boards and doweling between all layers and thin piece of fondant so it could be cut as party size pieces. Have a short video of cutting it I will download too
